The Wadeco Microwave Block Chute detector, is often used to detect blockages in tranfer chutes. Due to the nature of the microwave beam, the units are not affected by dust. The mirowave barrier can also be used for point level detection.

Wadeco also supply the unit with the world’s first block chute detector and solids flow detector in one unit. The allows the system to detect the presence of flowing product, and offers a flow/no flow output. This can then work together with the block chute detector.
